Eligible faculty
- Those with foreign nationality
- Incoming international faculty on E-1 visa
- Incoming international faculty participating in research or events
Required documents
- Task request from the college
- Customized application form
- Customized agreement form from the inviting institution
- Other documents may be required
- All reservations are made with task requests via Groupware with all the necessary documents.
The application period starts anywhere from 3 months to 2 weeks prior to the date of entry. If the application is submitted with less than 2 weeks notice, it may not be authorized.
The longest duration of stay is 6 months, but this may be extended to a year under extreme circumstances by permission from the Dean of the Office of International Affairs.
