Procedure

Apply for the exchange student program at your university's International Office
Submit all required documents to Student Mobility Manager at Kyung Hee University via email
Obtain your visa at the nearest Korean Embassy (Visa Approval Code will be provided to you)
Book your flight and get ready for Korea and share with Student Mobility Manager at KHUPre-arrival Checklist
Study at KHU
Your official transcript from KHU will be sent to your home university
Transfers credits earned from KHU into your home university credits

Required Documents: Application Form; 2 Passport Photos (JPEG Format); Colour-scanned Passport (JPEG format); Dormitory Application; Official Transcript (English); Certificate of Enrollment (English); Study Plan (English/Korean); Recommendation Letter; Medical Assessment; Tuberculosis(TB) Test Result; Medical Assessment; Agreement on Medical Record Usage; Bank Statement

+ 2 weeks of exams (mid-term, final)
= Total : 16 weeks

Credit Transfer

1 course = 1~3 credits = 16~48 lecture hours

Checklist for Incoming Exchange Students

I have submitted my dormitory application and am aware of the dormitory check-in date
*Only for those who applied for the dormitory
I have obtained for D-2-6 Student Visa from the Korean Embassy or Consulate
I have purchased medical insurance for my stay in Korea
I have discussed with my university on which courses to take in Kyung Hee
I have completed my course registration online
I have booked my flight so that I may arrive in Korea before Orientation
I have shared the flight itinerary through the link provided by the Office of International Affairs, Kyung Hee University
